Oliver Goldsmith - A Blast From The Past

Founded in 1926, Oliver Goldsmith became renowned for luxury spectacles & sunglasses worn by icons like Audrey Hepburn, Michael Caine, Sophia Loren and Grace Kelly. Notable styles, such as the Manhattan and Sophia epitomised glamour. The brand continues its strong industry standing focused on sustainable practices and modern craftsmanship. 

Over the years Oliver Goldsmith maintained a guest book filled with entries from some of the top celebrities who appreciated its blend of heritage and contemporary style. We recently emailed Claire Goldsmith, Mr Goldsmith’s great granddaughter, who continues the family legacy at the helm of OG, suggesting they photograph some of the entries.  Richard visited London in 2006 to secure an account with them and signed the book.
